Mr. Nieke focuses on advising clients on real estate and corporate law transactions – particularly in an international context, such as e.g. cross-border mergers. His advisory services cover all transaction phases.
Another work area Mr. Nieke engages in is general contract design in the area of commercial law. Contracts designed by him often concern the legal implementation of innovative corporate concepts and are accordingly tailored to the individual case’s needs.
Mr. Nieke furthermore has in-depth knowledge of insolvency law and commercial real estate law. He first worked as a lawyer at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in the service line “Real Estate.” Before completing his bar exam (Zweites Staatsexamen), Mr. Nieke for two years worked as a lawyer for an insolvency administrator in Berlin.
Mr. Nieke studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and in France at the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), where he was awarded the “Licence en Droit”.
